COST: $13 per individual item for our club logo embroidered in color onto your eligible item.

$6 per individual name added to any eligible item.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ITEMS: 4 items total (you can bundle with another club member).

Shipping is extra if required after completion of the order.
